It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Garard of Oregon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Garard; and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Garard (Ray); his friends, Joe and Sam; his wife Sandy; his children, Cyndi Noegel (John), Jennifer Pistilli (Jake), Joshua Swanson (Ashley), Christopher Swanson (Kristi) and Jeremiah Swanson (Mallory); his grandchildren, Johnny, Hayden, Tyler, Ethan Noegel, Isaiah, Izabella, Gunner, Willow, Iris Swanson, Carter, Caleb Swanson, Hunter, Ryder, Laken, Oaklynne and Roselynne Swanson; his pets, Layla and Lilly; his sister Jackie Owens (Love); his children, Joey and Olivia Gempa; and his granddaughter Emily Kay. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
