It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger D. Sayre (Oregon, Ohio), who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Londus Sayre and Flossie Sayre; and his brothers, Larry and Jeff Sayre. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Sayre, Jamie Sayre (Amy) and Tiffany Podach (Joshua); his grandchildren, Austin Herrera (Cameron), Brandon Herrera (Mariah Morris), Peyton Herrera, Isabella Podach, Braelyn Sayre and Brittney Lacourse (Howie); his great grandchildren, Austin "AJ" Herrera Jr. and Camila Herrera; and his siblings, Connie and Carl (Katherine Sayre).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home (440 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
