He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roe and Freda Roe (Stelter); his wife Sylvia; and his siblings, William Jr., Howard, Floyd and Patricia.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Roe (Laura) and Jeff Roe (Lori); his grandchildren, Jordan Jones (Sam), Lauren Roe, Brennan Roe (Sami) and Alex Roe; and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Liza Jones and Jonas Roe.
Memorial contributions are appreciated to the Oregon Fire Department or St Mark Lutheran Church.
