He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Holzhauer (Bossler) and Henry Holzhauer. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his sons, Carl (Carolyn Prudhomme), Jim (Emily) and David; his grandchildren, Anna and Elijah; and his sister SarahJane Holzhauer.
