He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Hartford and Rose Marie Hartford Sr. (Boyd); and his brother Ken Hartford. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Harvey, Larry (Deanna), Ronald (Carolyn), Jeffrey (Mary) and Kimberly (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving family members.
