He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ellen Glass; his children, Richard Counterman (Sheila), Dennis Counterman, Mark Counterman (Beth), Michelle Wiciak (Greg), Guy Clough (Brenda) and Thomas Clough; and his siblings, Jerry Counterman (Karen) and Peggy Counterman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
