It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patsy Shroyer of Oregon, Ohio, born in Webster Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Howell and Pauline Howell (Cogar); her siblings, Bill Howell, Tom Howell, Carol Ann Howell and Linda Furr-Biliczky; and her niece Jeany Cogar.
She is survived by: her child Sandusky Church of God; her husband Larry Shroyer; her daughters, Julie Miller (Adam) and Joyce Shroyer; her grandchildren, Sydney, Aaron Miller, Clayton, Trayston and Jadelynn Elizabeth Rose White; and her siblings, Darrel Howell, John Howell (Toni), Peggy Cogar, Donna Wilson and Kathryn Howell. She is also survived by six nieces and seven nephews.
Due to Covid-19 masks are required in the funeral home.
