She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Samples and Betty Mae Samples (Marriott); her parents-in-law, Florence Heintschel (Miller) and William Heintschel; and her brothers, Richard Samples and James "Jimmy" Samples.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her daughters, Chrissy Sanchez (A. J.) and Cassidy Heintschel; her siblings, Charles Samples (Maryjo), Kenneth Samples (Pam) and Donna Lenard (Randy); and her siblings-in-law, Leo Heintschel and Mary Jo Freimark (Jim).
Patty loved to stay busy whether it was shopping, volunteering at the "Healing Barn" and caring for her horse, Journey, or delivering donations to multiple animal shelters.
