She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Samples and Betty Mae Samples (Marriott); her parents-in-law, Florence Heintschel (Miller) and William Heintschel; and her brothers, Richard Samples and James "Jimmy" Samples.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her daughters, Chrissy Sanchez (A. J.) and Cassidy Heintschel; her siblings, Charles Samples (Maryjo), Kenneth Samples (Pam) and Donna Lenard (Randy); and her siblings-in-law, Leo Heintschel and Mary Jo Freimark (Jim).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church (212 N Stadium Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Patty loved to stay busy whether it was shopping, volunteering at the "Healing Barn" and caring for her horse, Journey, or delivering donations to multiple animal shelters.
