He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Hess and Anna M. Hess (Drury); and his siblings, Ed, Betty, Wayne and Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Judy (Enck); his children, Mike (Holly), Michele "Shelly" Wilbur and Melissa "Missy" Kulwicki (Matt); his grandchildren, Hannah, Tristan, Alec, Zach, Sydney, Jenna, Haley, Caitlyn, Olivia and Zavier; and his great grandchild Ava.
