She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Burgei and Pauline Burgei (Pittner); her husband Norman Kamann; her siblings, Hilary, Paul, Lawrence Burgei, Annette Kromer, Margaret Maas, Helen Koester, Louise Burgei, Anges King and Mildred Pollick; her children-in-law, Edward Vuyk and Candice Kamann; and her grandson Zachary Mildon.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Fikel (Fred), Elaine Vuyk, Lawrence Kamann (Robin), Janet Armstrong (Matt), Sandra Brock (Don), John Kamann, Robert Kamann, Gerald Kamann (Susan), Sheila Mildon (John) and Diana Kamann; and her sister Dorothy (Kahle). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, three great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Calendar Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar St Jerome Catholic Church (300 Warner St, Walbridge, OH 43465). A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at the Calendar St. Ignatius Catholic Church (212 N Stadium Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
