He was predeceased by: his father Roy Lunsford; and his sister Michelle. He is survived by: his mother Carla Lunsford; his wife Tammy; his children, Sara (Christopher), Natasha (Jacob) and Devin (Trinity); his grandchildren, Griffin and Jax; his siblings, Matt (Megan), Max (Jamie) and Micki (Ray); and his brother-in-law Jeff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions in Michael's name may be made to Heartland Hospice.
