He is survived by: his parents, Karen Husen (Robert) and Richard Keith, Jr. (Terry); his siblings, Christopher Keith (Devyn), Derrick Keith, Rubbi Husen and Candice Husen; his grandmother Beverly Hoffman (Clair Goulding); his uncle Chuck Kindle (Kathy); his aunt Pam Lee; his nephews, Blake, Trevor, Brandon and Anthony; and his niece Destinee.
