We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2019, at the age of 65, Martha Ann Hammack (Oregon, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hoffman and Elsie Hoffman; her brother Bill Hoffman; and her parents-in-law, Tom and Geraldine Hammack, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Tommie Hammack, Jr.; her sons, Dan and Dave; her daughter-in-law Tiffany; her grandchildren, David Jr., Garret, Caleb, Jackson and Lyna; her sister Jean Pierce (Hoffman); and her brother-in-law Fred Pierce of Prescott, AZ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to CedarCreek Church, Cherry Street Mission Ministries, or World Vision.
