She is survived by: her sons, Ron (Deborah) of Toledo, Rick (Lisa) of Oregon and Rob (Trudy) of Perrysburg; her grandchildren, Rick Jurski, Jr., Tracy Jurski, Jeremy Jurski and Tod Jurski; and her brothers, Charles Johnson (Linda) of Ft. Wayne and Bill Johnson.
