He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie J. Toth and Anna A. Toth (Seidinger). He is survived by: his wife Debbie (Bishop); his children, Leslie A. Toth (Grace), Jenny Wasserman (Don), Catherine "Katie" Toth-Timbers (Mike Amadio), Michael Toth (Giovanna) and Matthew Toth; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kara, Emma, Kenleigh and Everleigh; and his sisters, Maria Kudas (Ric) and Susie Levinson (Harry).

In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy be directed to charity of donor's choice.
