He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Garard and Ida Garard (Gill). He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Murray (Bob); and his siblings, Linda Walendzak, Jerry Garard (LuAnn), Martin Garard (Karen) and Thomas Garard (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
