He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Dorothy (Johnson); his brother William; his nephew Max; and his niece Chris Poling.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Darlene Deal; his friend June; his children, Laura Sheahan (Roger), Denese Vargo (Joseph), Dawn Murray (Eric), Micheal and Douglas; his grandchildren, Zachary Lauch (April Rudolph), Harleigh Verdell (Matt), Dakota Sheahan (Rylee Kerchevall), Gabriel Yanez (Emily McLargin), Madison Sheahan, Keegan Lafferty, Jacob Lafferty and Adrian Murray; his great grandchildren, Dade, Doris, Orin, Rory, Ila, Masyn, Nora, Harper and Layne; and his siblings, Jack (Judy), Jim (Marcia) and Kathy Fowler (Tony).
