She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Buchholz and Joanne Buchholz; her husband Jim Cousino Jr.; her sons, Nathan (Brittany) and Derek (Matea); her grandchildren, Corbin, Emma and Colton; her sister Karen Barhite; her nieces, Brandi Barhite (Dorian Boggs), Brittany Barhite and Brianne Black (Michael); and her friends, Tammy Lehnert and Marilyn Antonini.
Memorial contributions can be made to First St. John Lutheran Church, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or toward her grandchildren's college education funds.
