With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Emma Swartz of Oregon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Wolfe and Christine Wolfe (Chambers); and her husband Wayne. She is survived by: her children, Debra Pfouts (Don) and Paul Swartz (Heather); her grandchildren, Shane Pfouts (Brittany), Bryan Pfouts and Breann Majors (Josh); her great grandchildren, Easton, Bexley, Leyana, Braxten and Eleanor; her sister Roberta Wolfe; and her sister-in-law Sandra Vertz (Paul).
Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Shriner's Hospitals or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
