It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juan Avalos Rodriguez (Oregon, Ohio), born in Hidalgo, Texas, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Rodriguez and Nieves Rodriguez (Avalos); and his siblings, Narciso "Ciso" Rodriguez, Jesus "JuJu" Rodriguez Jr., Marcie Guardiola and Raquel Estrada.
He is survived by: his wife Aurora Rodriguez (Segura); his children, Naomi Kolota (Eddie) of West Liberty and John Lucas Rodriguez of Luckey; his grandchildren, Destiny Kolota and Eddie Jr. "Buddy" Kolota; his great grandchild Myles; and his siblings, Frances Nino, Delores Davis, Rosa Garcia, Susie Arriaga (Manuel), Stella Carrasco (Juan), Petra Cardoso (Jose) and Robert Rodriguez (Sandra). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
