He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Marshall; and his brother Shaun Baker. He is survived by: his mother Robin "Shelly" Marshall (Bitker); his daughter Julia Marshall; his sister Trisha Vaeyens; his niece Alayna Vaeyens; his nephew Michael Smith; his aunt Shelly (Trisha, I); and his uncles, Shawn, Josh It's and Jeff.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care for his daughter, Julia.
