He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara McEwen; and his son Victor. He is survived by: his father Thomas Balister (Skiver); his daughters, Maizie Salinas and Zoelee Skiver; and his siblings, Tracey Skiver, Josette Swafford (Mark), Tamora Mahler, Nicola Balister and Dale Balister. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
