He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Gradel and Josephine Gradel; and his siblings, Mary Marion and Tom Gradel. He is survived by: his former wife Bea Gradel; his sister Cathy Thompson (Greg); his children, John Gradel Jr., Marc Gradel (Michele), Jo King (Greg) and Cathy Gradel; his grandchildren, Jessica Anderson (Mike), John Gradel III, Jake Gradel (Nichole), Ryan Gradel (Tiffany), Amber Leach (Ryan), Jamie King and Jim King (Alicia); and his great grandchildren, Mason, Owen, Jett, Olivia, Hayslee, Ellie Gradel, Eva, Anderson Leach, Camron and Madelyn King.
