She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Gertrude Breithaupt (Bradfield); her husband John R. Wendell; and her siblings, Colleen Walters, Mary Ellen Williams and John Breithaupt.
She is survived by: her daughters, D. J. Shade of Fremont, OH, Jeanne Dieterich (Ken) of Fremont, OH and Suzie Shook (Tom) of Fremont, OH; her grandchildren, Josh Hoblit, Dr. Kristan Riley (Austin) and Holly Hoblit; and her great grandchildren, Landen, Skylar and Max.
