It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Sigurdson (Oregon, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Gibbs and Ellen Gibbs (Johnson); her parents-in-law, Helen Sigurdson (Crowston) and Guttormur Sigurdson; her stepfather Ed Tober; her siblings, Carole and Donny; and her brothers-in-law, Verne and Geoffrey Sigurdson.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Jim (Angie), Timothy (Julie), Terry (Tonya), Todd (Sonja) and Jennifer Jones (Jeremy); and her siblings, Linda Vermett (Dave) and Raidean Gibbs. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
