It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Howard Wagner (Oregon, Ohio), who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Wagner; and his brother-in-law Ken Lewis. He is survived by: his father Roland Wagner; his wife Sandra; his children, Ashley, Mike, Connor and Anna; his grandson Dominic; and his siblings, Vicki Laurell (Mike), Wendy Lewis and Gary (Lori). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Georgetown Cancer Center Colors of Cancer 5K, Georgetown, KY.
