She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Koles and Mary Koles (Jakab); her husband Donald Sr.; her son Donald Jr.; her siblings, Dorothy, Eleanor, Alice, Stephen, Ronald and Robert "Butch"; and her son-in-law Robert Zuchowski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Zuchowski and Diana Swartz; her grandchildren, Mary Andrzejewski (Paul), Tiffanny Adams (Eric), Sarah Jenkins (James), Courtney Woody (Joe), Robert Zuchowski Jr. and Peter Martinez (Kindsay); her great grandchild Jimmy Jablonski (Tori); and her sisters, Carolyn Engebretson, Mary Sundling and Shirley Boenig. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
