It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Van Etten (Oregon, Ohio), born in Oak Harbor, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Etten and Mary Van Etten (Bodi); his siblings, Marilyn and Phil; and his grandson Joshua.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Johnson and Daniel Van Etten (Earleen); his children, Ivy, Jim, Marilyn (Bill), John (Barbara) and Lisa (Robert); and his stepchildren, Cheryl (Don), Mark (Ginney), Mike, Karen (Tim), Ron (Davia) and Wendy (Eric). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
