He is survived by: his wife Betty Samples; his daughters, Jane Shaffer (Bill), Linda Brown (Jason) and Betty Dickman (Marvin); his grandchildren, Keith Kegley, James, Tiffany, Patricia Wettel (Andy), Malynda Dutcher and Micheal Samples (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Navaia, Hazel, Rosalee, Karter, Kylie, Silas and Rolan; and his sister Joan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calendar Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
