He is survived by: his wife Betty Samples; his daughters, Jane Shaffer (Bill), Linda Brown (Jason) and Betty Dickman (Marvin); his grandchildren, Keith Kegley, James, Tiffany, Patricia Wettel (Andy), Malynda Dutcher and Micheal Samples (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Navaia, Hazel, Rosalee, Karter, Kylie, Silas and Rolan; and his sister Joan.
