He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neal and Martha Neal. He is survived by: his sons, Antonio and Julio; his siblings, Douglas, Crystal (Jerome) and Felicia; and his close friend Maurla. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
