He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wagoner and Flossie Wagoner; his wife Judith; and his brothers, Lowell Wagoner and Charlie Wagoner.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Wagoner (Carrie), William Wagoner and Jennifer Payeff (Mark); his grandchildren, William Jr., Mychael (Katie), Nick (Lauren), Sierra, Meghan and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Pheobe, Bo, Levi and Deacon; his sisters, Maxine Schulte, Carolyn Stepnick and Hazel Kepus (Chuck); and his sisters-in-law, Barb and Charlene Wagoner.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Jerusalem Township Fire Department.
