He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Frey and Rose Frey (Cebul); his wife Phyllis Felhaber; and his siblings, Marge, Jeanne and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Mascsak (Alan) and Karen Frey; his grandchildren, William "Bill" St (Laura), Heidi Liburdi (Joe) and Holly Zaborowski (Jack); and his brother Robert Frey (Bonnie). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren 4 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.
