She is survived by: her mother Ruby Smoot (Chapman); her friend Dr. Phil; her husband Jim; her daughters, Ellie, Inez, Amber and Erika (Andrew); and her siblings, Kenny Smoot (Mary), Dave Smoot, Marcy Amerson, Mark Smoot, Tammi Frampton and Joyce McGee (Rich). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson.
