He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillard Cooper and Ethel Cooper; his siblings, James Cooper and Ella Jane Moses; and his granddaughter Kaili Sabo.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Cooper; his children, Gary Cooper (Karen) and Sherrie Cooper (Mike Peterson); his grandchildren, Kristi (Joel), Jodi (Robert), Jamie, Richard Ferguson and Kate Balderez (Patterson); his great grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Liam, Rosie and Selah; his sisters, Peggy Inks (Don) and Mary Bunch (Mel); his siblings-in-law, Bill Moses, Ralph Bassler (Wanda) and Irene Bassler; and his grandson Joel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
