He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Swartzlander and Doris Swartzlander (Layne); and his siblings, Tammy Bates and James Swartzlander. He is survived by: his brother Dale; and his nieces and nephews, Erika Henson (Justin), Jacob Swartzlander, Derek Swartzlander (Kayla), Nichole Bentley (Andrew), Tiffany Paimli and Travis Paimli (Kirsten). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
