He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Meinke (Weidner) and Vernon L. Meinke; and his brothers, Richard and Charles. He is survived by: his grandsons, Jacob, Rob, Joshua and Caleb; his stepgrandson Dru; his wife Laraine L.; his children, Vernon G. (Amy), Andrew K. (Valerie), Sarah (Laura) and Aaron C.; his sisters, Margo Wolff (John) and Marcia Amonette (Robert); his stepgrandsons, Drew (Monika) and Cody Kish (Allison); and his great grandchild Scarlet Rose Meinke.
