He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Nadeau and Kelly Spray (James); his grandchildren, Eric Macek (Chelsea), Angela Macek, Mikayla, Nathan and Austin Spray; his great grandchildren, Peyton and Ethan Macek; his sister-in-law Joyce Macek; and his nieces and nephews, Shirley Macek, Jeff Macek, Patricia Bowen (Szegedi) and John Szegedi.
