We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 77, Frank Coughlin of Oregon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom Coughlin and Elizabeth Coughlin (Hakius); his brother Michael Coughlin; and his brother-in-law Jerry Ross. He is survived by: his wife Millie (Yeager); his children, Kimberly (Jim), Scott (Heidi) and Timothy (Patty); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Bailey Dempsey, Jessica (Blake), Shannon, Kennedy, Delaney and Donovan; his great grandchild Everett; his sister Donna Donofrio; his sister-in-law Flo Ross; and his pet Finnegan.
