He was predeceased by: his parents, Crespin Rubio and Maria Rubio; his wife Juana; his daughter Diane Comiskey; his granddaughter Rosalinda Delgado; and his son-in-law David Saar.
He is survived by: his children, Rosita Delgado (Gilbert), Maria Rubio, Fermin Rubio, Jr., Gilbert Rubio, Domingo Rubio, Belinda Gonzalez and Crespin Rubio. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
