He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Zam and Verna Zam (Mitro); and his former wife Carol. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his daughters, Karen Gahan (Tom) and Susan Nichols (Calvin); his stepchildren, David Corwin (Janeice), Michele Blake and Mary Kaye Corwin; his grandchildren, Lauren, Abby, Andrea, Sarah and Ryan; and his stepgrandchildren, Daniel (Nicole), Michael, Taylor, Delmicca and Levi.
