She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Cook and Olga Cook (Pasch); her husband Robert DeBaets (Bob); her daughter Debora Beyerl (John); her brothers, Cecil Cook Jr., George Cook (Elizabeth), Martin Cook (Eldora) and David Cook (Dorothy); and her sister-in-law Doreen Cook.
She is survived by: her child Dean DeBaets; her son-in-law John Beyerl of Medford, WI; her grandchildren, Nicole (Dan Moore), Josh DeBaets of Elmore, OH, Jennifer Thums (Nathan) of Wausau, WI, Julie Beyerl of Stevens Point, WI, John Beyerl (Nese) of Madison, WI, Jared Beyerl (Melanie) of Peosta, IA and James Beyerl (Kaitlyn) of Dane, WI; and her brothers, John Cook of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Paul Cook (Barb) of Arkdale, WI.. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many friends in Ohio and Wisconsin, in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
