He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. and Kathryn Oakley Sr. (Baade); his wife Patricia Ann Schenbeck; and his children, Kenny Oakley, Mike Oakley, Tessie Wick and Earl Oakley III.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Oakley of Lemoyne and Tim Oakley (Margie) of Perrysburg; and his grandchildren, Tim Oakley Jr. of Perrysburg, Nick Oakley of Columbus, Cody Oakley of Perrysburg, Jerry Meiring of Bowling Green, Rene Meiring Kopp (Jason) of Luckey, Cassie Gomoll of Lemoyne, Mike Oakley (Jayme) of Toledo, Nicole Oakley (Jaime) of Whitehouse, Lindsey Wilson (Milton), Angela Wick of Walbridge and Trisha Wick of Toledo. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
