We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2024, at the age of 88, Dorothy May Smalley of Oregon, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, J. O. Meeks and Rosetta Meeks (Foster); and her husband Donald Smalley. She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Penny Meeks; and her grandson John Schwarz (Janeen). She is also survived by four great grandson's, and a great-great grandson.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
