She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Church and Della Church (Lane); her siblings, James, Melvin, Ken and Irene; her nephew Justin Church; and her significant other William Fisher.
She is survived by: her son Scott (Rebekah); her grandchildren, Ian, Dane, Eliza, Bryan (Amy), Madison and Colton; and her siblings, Larry Church, Midge Hubay (Ron), Ted Church (Rosa) and David Church (Joan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
