David J. Luoma Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David J. Luoma of Oregon, Ohio, who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Toivo Luoma and Mildred Luoma (Pikka); his brother Richard; and his stepfather Willis Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Gladieux); his children, Laurie Mahler (Kenneth), Susan Montenery (Troy) and Jeffrey Luoma (Katherine); his grandchildren, Jenna Edwards (Robby), Lauren Mahler, Jaret, Luke Montenery, Justin and Ben Luoma; and his siblings, Justine Holmes and Phillip Holmes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Church (300 Warner St, Walbridge, OH 43465).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Dave's name may be directed to Flag City Honor Flight.
