We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2024, at the age of 81, David J. Loomis of Oregon, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anson Loomis and Margaret Loomis; his siblings, Anson, William Loomis and Nancy Loomis; and his sons, David "Elmo" and Andrew Loomis.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Loomis; and his children, Mary Margaret Friend (David) and John Scott Loomis (Jaqueline). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
