He was predeceased by: his parents, Pascal Clouse and Virginia Clouse; his former wife Kathleen; and his aunt Bede. He is survived by: his wife Judy Clouse; his children, Tara Silvey (Brian), Charlotte Meach (Tim Brown) and David Clouse (Jamie); his stepchildren, Cheri Brown, James Seibers, Shane Seibers and Kayla Mathews; his grandchildren, Dylan, Tessa, Kaydence, Brianna, Nicholas and Logan; and his great grandchild Ricardo. He is also survived by many step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren.
