He was predeceased by: his father David Branstutter. He is survived by: his mother Amy Rios (Richard); his children, Elizah, Elana and Elayah Branstutter; his siblings, Madison Rios-Branstutter and Jacob Ulch; his grandparents, Deanna Hansen, Cyndi Pace (Ronnie), Sue Rios (Lee), Rick Rios and Jeff Knaggs (Sandy); and his close friend Emily Arman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
