It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Crystal Gail Ware (Oregon, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2019, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Carl, Caroline Lorenzen, Alta and Blas Pena; and her mother-in-law Betty Fountain.
She is survived by: her parents, Carl Ware and Carol Ware (Lorenzen); her children, Rachel, Erica, Nicole, Larry III and Michael Cutshall; her siblings, Charity May (Jason), Candy TenEyck (William) and Carl Ware (Jessica); her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Skylyn, Leilana, Alison, Stephen, William Jr. and Orlando; her great-nephew Taevin; and the father of her children Larry Cutshall II.
