Christie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Christie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard, Mary McAulay and Bradley Kizer. She is survived by: her son Zachary Powell; her parents, Carolyn McAulay and Douglas Kizer; her grandmother Beverly Kizer; her siblings, Shannon Burks and Doug Kizer; and her aunts, Barb Cannon and LuLu Latta. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Gardens of St. Francis (930 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616).
